+ If that is the case, credit to the original theme maker will be given on each theme post. Before publishing edited themes, I received permission from the original theme maker. I have photographic proof and will be able to provide so at any moments notice.
+ Do not under ANY circumtance remove the credits. I work hard to make these themes, and I would like credit where it's due.
+ I literally don't give a flying fuck how tumblr famous you are. Having a high follower count is no excuse for removing / hiding credits and being an all around asshole. I will not hesitate to report you. Same goes for anyone with a lower follower count.
+ You are allowed to edit any of my themes for private use. However, to edit any of my themes for public posting, you must contact me. If you fail to do so, and post a theme using my coding without my consent and permission, I will report you. The same goes for any of my coding, privately uploaded fonts, my graphics, etc...
+ I am willing to help you with any coding/ html issues you may have with my themes. Please message me OFF ANON so I can assure you get my reply.
+ I usually do not make custom themes, do blog makeover or make any other major modifications for your blog. However, I have been known to make exceptions. I simply don't have enough time to be able to do so at your beck and call. If I have free time, I may do a few.
+ If you choose not to read my rules, I choose not to help you. I don't mean to sound like an Über bitch, but tried of people disrescpecting my themes.
My themes are all free themes available to publice use. You are allowed to use these themes on the conditions that credit (that links back to my main blog, or this blog) remains on the theme. You MUST keep the coding to yourself and refrain from using these themes as a basecode with my written consent.
Disobeying these rules is punishable by law, so I suggest you read the rules very carefully before doing something you may regret.
